We offer 3 types of support plans. You can choose the one that is the most appropriate for your business needs:

Gold Support Plan

With this support plan, you will be able to get support at any time during business hours via email only.  Once you log the fault we will be able to respond within 30 minutes and if it is mission critical, then we will fix it within 4 hours.  Non-urgent enquiries are attended to in a week.  All support is provided via a remote login.  This support plan does not include any development work. Diamond Support Plan

You will have access to the helpdesk staff via email or phone, during business hours and mission critical issues will be attended to within 2 hours – remotely.

Price: varies

Platinum Support Plan

You will have access to the helpdesk staff via email or phone, 24/7 on business days and mission critical issues will be attended to within 2 hours – remotely or onsite.  Further, if there is a problem with the hard disk or the appliance then we will keep one on the site and get your IT staff to swap. Once we work on the faulty system we will put that back into production as soon as possible.

Ad-hoc Support

For those organizations that have already set up their Asterisk and need 2nd or 3rd level support, we offer ad-hoc support either on-site or remotely.

The type of issue and the type of support will determine the price.
